1 Organization of manufacture of works
1.1 Prior to the beginning of the device of a roofing coating it is necessary:
- To spend under a list instructing in safety precautions with acquaintance with design decisions on the device of a roofing coating and the given product sheet;
- To bring on a roof the time electric power;
- To execute a time fencing on perimetre of a roof in the presence of barrier walls in height less than 0,6 m;
- To establish lifting apparatuses, to protect working areas of their works, to hang out caution signs;
- To deliver to object necessary materials, tools, stock;
- To provide with accommodation for warehousing of materials;
- To provide safe access of workers on a roof;
- To carry out a receiving inspection of materials;
- To execute and accept under the certificate of survey of concealed works all civil and erection works, to establish and fix water waste funnels, to establish branch pipes or glasses for the plumbing system skip.....

1.6 Requirements to the base under a roof
1.6.1 smoothly accruing unevennesses of surfaces along a downgrade should be no more ±5 mm, and across a downgrade - no more ±10 mm at check by a lath in length of 2 m.......
1.6.3 Surface of the base should have necessary downgrades to drainage roof units according to the project.
.2 Production technique of works
.2.1 Works on manufacture of a roofing coating carry out in the following technological sequence:
- The device water isolation of a carpet from diaphragms with mechanical making fast through existing roofing "pie" to a concrete bed on flat roofs with a downgrade to 5 %;

2.2.1 Diaphragm stack on a layer of an existing rolled carpet. Panels of a diaphragm unroll in the thickness of 1,2 mm manually from rolls and stack, providing width longitudinal and cross-section нахлёсток panels not less than 120 and 70 mm. Drilling of apertures in the base is resulted in drawing 3.
2.3 Welding of seams by hot air Connection by welding is based on fusion by hot air of contact surfaces of butted panels of a diaphragm with the subsequent consolidation of a seam by the manual rubber mould. Welding carry out with the help hot an air welding apparatus. By manufacture of works on welding of seams, after preliminary a peal in a place of packing with longitudinal and cross-section нахлёсткой not less than 120 mm maintain a roll of a diaphragm of 30 minutes for smoothing of waves then start seam welding. At performance of connection with the help of a manual welding apparatus, it move in a seam direction, heating up hot air to a plastic condition of a surface of a diaphragm in contact places (thus the device nozzle supports a film bead on 3-4 mm). Welding should be carried out in regular intervals, without skips with the big carefulness and accuracy. Received a seam condense manual rubber at a roller with the mould. Quality of a weld define not earlier than in 30 minutes after its device. At detection of defects of the device only seam edges it is necessary to perform additional works on its fixing by means of welding apparatus ТРИАК5, At detection of folds, hollows in a working area of the device of seams, and also infringements in integrity of a diaphragm it is necessary to execute repair of such lots by superposition of patches by the size not less than 150 mm in diameter. The width of a weld should be not less than 30 mm.
2.4 Device of an adjunction water carpet isolation to a barrier wall in height no more than 1000 mm from top of load-carrying structures (knots under the project see)
2.4.1 Vertical surfaces of a barrier wall on all height of an adjunction should be equal, smooth, cleared of waste and a dust. The surface of brick barrier walls should be plastered a solution of mark not less than 100 on all height of an adjunction.
